We are extremely passionate about making and take a lot of pride in our craftsmanship, we take this through into our costume and prop making, turning our lifelong passion into our business.

Our main designer and prop maker is Matthew Herbert who’s craftsmanship and passion for characters, games and film, makes him the perfect person to bring your ideas and designs to life. Matthew has been a passionate maker for years but honed his skills in sculpting and design through his degree in Fine Art.

We collaborate with other companies and designers regularly on many amazing projects. We specialise in designing and making cosplay; props and costumes, and we’re always looking to work with you on exciting new ideas. All of us here at Reforged Foam have an incredible passion for character based work and making, we can’t wait to begin working with you and bring your project to life !!!!
